We are at the age of the hyper-speed wherein people want change immediately. Whereas information in the days before the internet were a tad bit slow and people relied on traditional channels to get news, things have changed so fast. Even the workplace has gone on 5th gear, hoping that people get things done yesterday. Though I am also for speed and efficiency, perhaps things need to slow down to be appreciated. Fast weight loss pills are an ideal set up for those on the go to lose weight. Most weight loss pills are either diet suppressants or laxatives or a combination of both. It would be interesting for a fast weight loss pill that could actually make you go to the bathroom twenty minutes after taking them. That would be fantastic knowing that you could lose a pound or so in twenty minutes.

No matter what kind of diet you have tried in the past, if you are reading this you probably did not have much success. I went from diet to diet for years. I spent a whole lot of money to lose weight and gain it right back. The reason fad diets never work is because in one way or another, you are trying to cheat your way to losing weight. Cheaters never prosper and weight loss is no exception.
Question by trashhflvdtrash: I haven’t had my period for almost a year for the second time! What’s wrong?
So, let me give you a little bit of a back story to this. I’m 19 years old, and I started my period two months before I turned fourteen. Take note that at this time, I was overweight. I continued to have my period regularly throughout my freshman year of high school. Eventually, however, my period just all together stopped. The summer after my freshman year of high school, I began to lose weight in unhealthy ways. I was borderline anorexic, I guess you could say; I didn’t allow myself to eat more than 1,000 calories. I also picked up running as a form of exercise, which I continue to do today. At my smallest, I got down to 110 pounds (maybe less, because I weighed myself with clothes and everything) and about five foot five inches at the age of 16.
I have a feeling at what some of your answers might be. “It was your extreme weight loss.” or “It’s your exercise habits.” I was told exactly this by my gynecologist that I visited after not having my period for 11 months.. She told me that if I gained ten pounds, I would most likely get my period. She tested my hormone levels, and the tests came back normal. Then she prescribed me progesterone pills, the ones you take over the course of 10 days and you should get your period. They failed to work. Because they didn’t work, she prescribed me birth control pills. These actually gave me my period, but resulted in depression.
I went back to my doctor and had my birth control switched, and my period was regular on these as well. But I still didn’t like the way the pill made me feel, so I stopped taking them for a while, which resulted in the lack of my period. Over the years, I’ve been off and on the birth control, and every time I am not on the pill, I don’t have my period even though I put on ten pounds, more at some points.
Unsatisfied with my doctor’s answers, I visited another doctor. She told me that she really didn’t know what was wrong; my hormone levels were fine, so it was nothing I should really worry about, she said. So, she too, prescribed me progesterone pills, which did not work again. Let’s just say, I never went back.
At 18, my previous doctor wanted me to get my paps mere exam even though I’m not sexually active. I did, and everything was normal.
Since stopping birth control again, in the month of July 2009, I have yet to have my period again (11 months). I did, however, have spotting in January 2010 and February 2010, but nothing since. I also still continue to exercise almost daily, running about two miles and either doing bench presses or 5 pound arm weights. I fluctuate in weight between 117-120 and I’m about five foot six now.
Thank you for taking your time to read this. If you have any kind of idea what might be wrong, please let me know. I’ve tried researching, and can’t find anything. I would just like to know what is up with my body.

Everyone knows that a sedentary lifestyle devoid of physical activity is hardly conducive to weight loss, but finding time to exercise for weight loss in between work, maintaining a home, and taking care of a family can be a daunting task at best. It may seem impossible to find time to work out when you are trying to find thirty to sixty minutes of uninterrupted time, but it is entirely possible to squeeze it into a busy lifestyle in bite sized portions. By making better use of the limited time you do have, you can make sure that none of your responsibilities are neglected, and you still have time to get the exercise you need.

Got an exotic vacation planned for spring break, but scared that you won’t fit into that swimsuit from last year? You’re not alone. Thousands of men and women pack on the pounds during the holiday season, and then find themselves suddenly hard-pressed to slip into those slinky summer clothes.
Luckily, there is some hope for even the busiest men and women: weight loss products. With the right combination of ingredients, many are able to lose weight without any kind of diet or exercise to worry about. And with the economy in its current crunch, time is precious and usually used for work, cutting down on the ability to exercise. You can’t take extra time away from the office, but you can take weight loss supplements.
