Many people all over are concerned about their weight. You’ve probably heard that the western world is heavier than the eastern world. Obesity is not a problem in places like Asia and Africa. You do, however, hear about how obese Americans are. North Americans bear the unsavory title of being the world’s most obese.
The definition of obese becomes more strict with every year, however. It’s not uncommon for a person to be completely healthy one year, and not healthy at all the next. Dieting is no fun for most of us. We suffer by depriving ourselves of all our favorite foods. If you are like me there are some foods that are just so delicious I can not imagine never having them again. Life without cheese cake, brownies, ice cream, a loaded baked potato, French fried onion rings or peanut butter just wouldn’t work for me.

1st one: 2 days water, 2 days homemade vegetable juice, 2 days fruit.
2nd: 6 days homemade veg juice and a piece of fruit in the morning

Question by Victoria: Kind of worried about these pop up ads on my computer?!?
when i go on certain websites even through google images sometimes a new tab will pop up and have an ad on it like for weight loss or some crap. and when i try to close the tab a thing pops up saying something like “skeptical about this at first? i was too but it really works…blah blah blah (trying to get me to look into the ad)” and so i just try to close it and a new thing pops up saying “are you sure you want to navigate away from this page, click cancel to read more….” and so instead of clicking cancel i click the OK option and it lets me close the ad finally. but its happened several times and im just really freaked out that it could get worse or i could get a virus cuz i dont have a mac, i have a toshiba so my laptop is more likely to get a virus than a mac. so should i be worried about this or is everything ok if im able to close the ad or will it still somehow mess up my computer. thanks in advance

Before anyone chimes in with “the only way you’re going to lose weight is diet and exercise”…I know that…thank you. I am already dieting and exercising 3-4 times a week. I am just looking for something to give me that extra little boost and speed up the process, and I was wondering if any of these colon cleansing pills or acai berry or anything like that actually helps to speed weight loss.

Choosing a healthy weight loss diet is important if you want to not only lose weight but keep it off as well. While many people opt for crash dieting, embarking on a crash diet is actually counterproductive in the long term. It slows your metabolism and many people who crash diet end up gaining more weight than what they had lost while on the diet.
Another thing one should avoid while losing weight, is to go on a crash diet (people stop eating completely or eat irregularly). One must realize that this improper consumption will only do harm to one’s body. Moreover, after some duration, one may also develop a craving for food and indulge in binge eating. Eat regularly to stay healthy.
