Question by Joshua: I really can’t gain weight and am giving up, any last suggestions?
American fast food has already failed, I’ll just say that first. I’m 6’1″ and about 137lbs 20 years old. I’ve already tried whey gain shakes, weight training, steaks and other red meat. I am just about ready to give up and most web sites or search engines just show how to lose “gained weight” when I type in things like “gain weight faster” and “weight loss”
And any answers just saying bull crap like “your lucky” or “enjoy it” will be deleted. I’m not lucky I’m an American outcast so advice only.
