I’m taking Soy Protein from GNC (because I’m lactose intolerant so I can’t have whey), and one of the warnings says “do not take as a weight loss supplement.” Does this mean that Soy Protein will keep me from gaining weight? I want to gain weight with muscle, not gain muscle but stay at the same weight.

Cause soy is good for weight loss, but protein is great for muscle…muscle weighs more then fat…so if you take this protein powder you will build alot more muscle…you won’t lose weight…
