Question by Violet.: How Do Can I Get A Flat Stomach Fast? Please Help!!?
Okay well a little bulge in my stomach and it really bugs me lol.
Is there a way that I can get a flat stomach before school starts (Which is August 17th) ?
What type of Exercises should I do?
And what type of foods do I eat?
And please don’t tell me about the diet/”fast weight loss” pills.
(And please don’t give me silly answers.)

How many calories should I burn if i’m eating 1480 calories a day? thats the calorie intake for my height and weight for “extreme fat loss”…i’m not sure what they mean by extreme…i’m thinking I want to lose at a rate of 1-3lbs per week. I’m 17, and walk every single day for at least 30 minutes. I’m going to start running though. I’m going to break these calories up into 4 small meals, can anyone give me some ideas that will get me to that number of calories and are also healthy? Thank you so much!

Focus on making your diet as healthy as possible. Cut out as much sugar as you can, especially sweet drinks. Sugar does nothing good for your body! Eat 3 small, healthy meals each day, of no more than 400-500 calories each. Focus on lean protein, veggies, whole-grains, fruits, low-fat dairy. Drink plenty of water. In addition to your meals, eat 2 small, healthy snacks a day, of about 150 calories each. This is a good time to get in your fruit and yogurt for the day. A small handful of nuts can be a good “pick me up” too. Your exercise plan sounds good. Be sure to get in at least a 30 minute (minimum) cardio workout to your day (power walking, jogging, biking, swimming, dancing, jumping rope, jumping jacks, climbing stairs, etc.).

I am a 23 year old female.
Right now I am labeled as having “IBS” and have been trying to eat an IBS friendly diet. However, I am allergic to fish, shellfish, eggs and poultry so it makes it very difficult (fish and poultry I’ve read are high up there on the IBS friendly diet) to find and make meals. Sorry, but I just can’t eat the same thing on a day to day basis, and I certainly cannot live without eating some sort of meat. Regardless though, this IBS friendly diet really hasn’t had an effect on the amount of spasms I have, and in fact, I think in some ways it has made me feel worse.

I am 21 yrs old- was obese (according to BMI)…but cut-off processed sugar from diet hence lost weight and now down to overweight (BMI)…
I am getting married on 2nd oct hence I am speeding up my weight loss efforts. For the past 2 weeks I have begun going to the gym twice a day (each set for 2 hrs including changing n shower time etc) I am since down 7 kgs (roughly 15lbs)….
I want to know how much more will I lose till 2nd oct if I continue working out like this (I begin with cardio and then do weights and then another set of cardio and weights n then finish) daily twice.
My diet is highly nutritious- only raw veggies, fruits, fat free yogurts, K sustain cornflakes and lots of water.

I’m a 17 year old boy, and I’ve been posting some questions regarding weight loss..Most of it had to do with my self esteem, and certain areas I wanted to lose weight in..My dad and others have given me advice to go slow when exercising, and then proceed faster with each week..
Well I’m sorry for having such a short attention span, but..I don’t want to take it slow! I HATE TAKING IT SLOW!!! JUST GIVE ME A 100 POUND WEIGHT, AND I’LL TRY LIFTING IT A LITTLE BIT MORE EACH DAY, WHILST JOGGING, AND DOING SIT UPS OR SOMETHING.

Hi. I would like to go from 109.5 lbs to 99.5 lbs (not underweight for my height). I am not looking for the usual “tips” like “listen to hunger cues”, but I am really hoping someone has an actual calorie (or carb or whatever) amount per day and complete exersise plan that I should use to lose 10 lbs. And I don’t know how long, but can you tell me how long it will take approximatly? Thank you.

No matter what I do I can’t seem to lose weight!
I’m 5’4 & 1/2 and weigh 133 pounds. I really want to focus losing weight on my legs, stomach, and bottom.
I have very low self-esteem. I gained weight because of my self-esteem. I used to be one of the prettiest and most popular girls in class and now I feel like I’m nothing… my friends ditched me when I get braces and glasses and that is what caused my weight gain I’d eat to feel better…
So now I really want to drop at least 13 pounds. What are some fun ways to exercise and fun healthy recipes and such? I want to lose at least 7 of those pounds by Christmas please…
