Maybe you have dealt with jumping from one weight loss program even to another without experiencing even a minor reduction in your actual weight? Did your physician tell you to reduce your weight and change your lifestyle because you are now having hypertension, diabetes, or obesity?
Are you already starting to get depressed simply because you cannot squeeze into your skimpy, sexy pants? Hey, do not be! Don’t you realize two thirds of the American population have the same problem as you do? You are not alone in your pursuit for a better, lighter weight.

Question by : I need some advice. I’m seriously stressed out of my mind!!! I want to know if im pregnant or just going crazy?
Okay so my boyfriend and I have been together for 2 years now and we’ve never had sex, but on July 31st my boyfriend and I started making out and stuff and at a point he got on top of me and started poking me down there (with his down there) we did not have sex, but he did poke in a bit (with no condom).. but right before he got to climax he pulled out and afterward climaxed.. throughout the week on august 3rd I felt like that whole week I lost my appetite. My boyfriend swore that nothing came out, so I believed him.. since I saw that it did come out once he pulled out. As the days went on I started to get constipated and on August 6th my stomach started grumbling so much. I was convinced within a week that I was pregnant. Anyways I normally get my period every month on the 21st.. I got my period this month on the 19th.. seemed normal.. terrible cramps (like always) and heavy flow first 2 days, then after just bleeding till 4th day.. (which is normal for me), but for some reason I feel like I’m pregnant.. I took a test this week(2 weeks after my period) and both of the tests say negative (I took a Clear Blue digital test which I heard are pretty accurate). I’m kinda concerned cause they say that constipation is a pregnancy sign.. and I am constipated. Plus my stomach I feel is veryyy hard.. The bottom looks a bit swollen, but I don’t feel bloated.. it just feels very hard.. I called planned parenthood and they said I shouldn’t be pregnant since I got my period, but I read online that you can be pregnant and still have your period.. I don’t know what to think.. Oh and also I’ve lost my appetite.. well since the last week of August till now.. Sudden weight loss (honestly I don’t know where) but the scale says I’ve lost weight. As of right now the scale says I’ve lost almost 5-6 pounds
Question by the Acid Jazz Singer <3: Need some healthy meal ideas, other stuff too! (please help!)?
How many calories should I burn if i’m eating 1480 calories a day? thats the calorie intake for my height and weight for “extreme fat loss”…i’m not sure what they mean by extreme…i’m thinking I want to lose at a rate of 1-3lbs per week. I’m 17, and walk every single day for at least 30 minutes. I’m going to start running though. I’m going to break these calories up into 4 small meals, can anyone give me some ideas that will get me to that number of calories and are also healthy? Thank you so much!

Focus on making your diet as healthy as possible. Cut out as much sugar as you can, especially sweet drinks. Sugar does nothing good for your body! Eat 3 small, healthy meals each day, of no more than 400-500 calories each. Focus on lean protein, veggies, whole-grains, fruits, low-fat dairy. Drink plenty of water. In addition to your meals, eat 2 small, healthy snacks a day, of about 150 calories each. This is a good time to get in your fruit and yogurt for the day. A small handful of nuts can be a good “pick me up” too. Your exercise plan sounds good. Be sure to get in at least a 30 minute (minimum) cardio workout to your day (power walking, jogging, biking, swimming, dancing, jumping rope, jumping jacks, climbing stairs, etc.).
Question by : I need a diet / exercise plan that people have had good experiences with…?
I don’t want to starve myself on a diet but I want to do one that is balanced enough to work. I don’t eat junk food, drink pop, or eat a ton of processed foods (my diet has been mostly organic when possible for the past several months) which is why I am needing extra help getting this weight off. I’ve been bigger since I was young and I’m done dealing with it. I lost 40 pounds on the atkins a few years ago but I mostly gained it back, so I would like to know if there any diets that actually work out there. My goal is to lose 50 pounds by the end of the year. I don’t really know a specific way to lose weight through exercise, I don’t mind going to the gym everyday I just want to know what a good plan is to follow while I’m there. Right now I’ve been doing the “weight loss” option on the tredmil (makes your heart rate fluctuate a lot) and it has given me ok results but I would like something with a little more results. Any advice?
Question by Bekah: Ive lost the weight, now I need help toning up.?
Since October I have lost roughly 30lbs. My starting stats were: 5’7″ 166 lbs and now I weigh 135 lbs. I went to a doctor who helped me by putting me on a strict diet that I followed religiously. Also during the time I have tried to workout as much as possible, but not as much as I should have. Everyone around me can tell that I have lost weight, and my clothes are bigger, but for the most part I can’t really see the difference. Which is dissapointing because I’ve worked really hard. BUT I recently calculated a few diet plans my “Doctor” (whom I do NOT see anymore) gave me and they were all barely 1000 cal per day, mostly 800-1000. So I need help gaining GOOD calories, deciding how many, and toning up; so maybe all this hard earned weight loss will become more apparent! And I may have to lose that last 10… who knows? Please help!

In our world today, being skinny is a fad. People indulge in to a lot of experiments such as crash dieting, fasting, working out and consuming weight loss supplements just to lose weight. But what is the most popular among the four I mentioned? Weight loss supplements of course.
Weight loss supplements have become very popular these days. A lot of people are depending on supplements in order for them to lose weight. These supplements come in various forms which include tablets, powders, liquids, soft gels and liquids. Some supplements, especially the synthetic ones can cause you more harm than good. They usually have tons of side effects and are really dangerous especially if not taken as directed.
