Meat is a constant companion on the menu as well as the dairy products and processed foods and these are all very rich with cholesterol. Once cholesterol starts to build up and we continue eating fat enriched foods, this is where the problem sets in.

Losing weight is never easy. Just as it took you a long time to get to the heavy weight you are at, it will take your time and effort to get back in shape. Most of the so-called best weight loss programs have a few common points among them and some others that make them different. However, almost all such programs will always agree on diet and exercise as the way to go. Any program that gives high promises and suggests that these two are not necessary is a hoax as science is proof to the power and the effectiveness of diet and exercise together.
