Question by : I need a diet / exercise plan that people have had good experiences with…?
I don’t want to starve myself on a diet but I want to do one that is balanced enough to work. I don’t eat junk food, drink pop, or eat a ton of processed foods (my diet has been mostly organic when possible for the past several months) which is why I am needing extra help getting this weight off. I’ve been bigger since I was young and I’m done dealing with it. I lost 40 pounds on the atkins a few years ago but I mostly gained it back, so I would like to know if there any diets that actually work out there. My goal is to lose 50 pounds by the end of the year. I don’t really know a specific way to lose weight through exercise, I don’t mind going to the gym everyday I just want to know what a good plan is to follow while I’m there. Right now I’ve been doing the “weight loss” option on the tredmil (makes your heart rate fluctuate a lot) and it has given me ok results but I would like something with a little more results. Any advice?
