Okay so today, I was told that if you wear heavy coats and sweaters and tons of layers (to the point where you look like Ralphie’s little brother in “A Christmas Story”) And go to bed and cover up with tons of blankets this can make you lose 2 pounds, my boyfriend who is a wrestler said that he was going to do it for a week to go down a weight class, but will it actually work?
