Question by Yummy Mummy: Vegan baby foods? RECIPES!!!?
I asked a similar question about what vegan mums give their babies and all the answers i got were along the lines of “don’t force your baby to be vegan” and “babies shouldn’t be vegan” I was raised vegan until I was 7 when my mum died and my dad made the choice for us to become vegetarians and when i was a teen i decided to become a vegan again, Partly because I am buddhist and It is a way of life for me, I’m not going to abandon my beliefs so my child can “be like all the other kids” he can be perfectly healthy and well nourished on a vegan diet and I plan to breastfeed exclusively until he is 6 months old and then (as well as a nutritious diet) until he is at least 24 months old. and If the vegan diet doesn’t work out for him then I’ll consider vegetarianism for him.

-Sugar free Popsicles
-Sugar Free Sorbet
Question by KCL: Anyone familiar with Stackers Diet Pills?
My wife has been taking Stackers on regular basis for sometime now, to lose weight, and has started exhibiting some strange behaviour and paranoia. She has had several “manic” episodes and most deal with fear of someone being outside the house at night, and a reoccuring account of people or “kids” getting into the attic from the outside roof on our two story home,” which there is no possible entrance/exit for this to take place. She has gotten to the point of asking friends to come check the attic with her, and has began telling my 13 yr old son’s friends that she believes this is taking place and that “children” are using the area to store stolen goods, and deal drugs. Trying to talk sense to her about the physical impossibilities of this taking place causes her to become mad and argumentative and denies ever saying such things. It is affecting me and my families lives, and is embarrassing to say the least! We live in a very nice neighborhood! What am I to do? these “night”
Question by Viking Princess: I can’t stop binging on sweets and junk food!?
So, I am trying to lose about 25 pounds. (im 170 and should be about 135) and I am just having the worst time ever. Everyday I start out with the intention of eating well. Sometimes my healthy eating will last for a few days, maybe even a week. But pretty soon it all goes to hell.
Question by OBGYN Nurse: Is my child faking sick or is he REALLY sick?
My little boy is about to be 5 years old. For several months now he will complain that his stomach hurts. Occasionally he would say thinks like “My tummy needs dessert…or a cookie”. At this point I knew that he was totally faking it. So, we had little talk about telling lies and “crying wolf”. On a couple of occasions, he has caught himself using it to get out of something and has even said, “It doesn’t really hurt, I just said that”. So, we thought we finally got through the “lying”. Here recently, he has complained of stomach pain, and tells me he isn’t lying and that he wants to go the doctor. His diet is about the same. I just don’t want to bring him to the doctor if this is all an act, but I just don’t know what to do. Any tips?

Question by Toby: Lip Skin not healing, Dermatologists, Please help?
About 1/2 inch wide, 1/5 inch long of my upper lip [middle] is not healing. The skin is simply missing. My upper lip would sometimes go through a 4-6 week cycle of healing then dead skin peeling off. But not in the past 8 months.
Over the past 5 months I have tried,
1. Vasaline/Lip Therepy/Carmex/Lip Balms
3. Triamcinolone Acetinide
4. Changed my diet to a “Zone Diet” by Dr. Sears for blood sugar and insulin purposes.
5. Took vitamin A and prenatal tablets ~1.5x daily.
