I was looking into getting a turbulence workout too but for some reason it seems like a scam to me. I can’t find a decent review about the true results

I’m 5′ 3″, 22 year old female, and weigh 110 pounds. I know that I don’t need to lose any weight, but I would still like to get in shape, get stronger, and get toned. So far I’ve been using my mom’s Denise Austin workout videos, “The Ultimate Fat Burner” and “Hit the Spot Pilates.” I enjoy both, especially “The Ultimate Fat Burner” because of the strength training and circulatory exercise. I don’t know if these videos are out-of-date, and if so, if Denise has any updated work-out videos.
