Before I can answer whether you can lose weight without dieting, let me first tell you a fact. The only way you can lose weight is by eating less calories per day than you burn. If you don’t obey this rule you cannot lose weight. It’s impossible.
Now there are a couple ways that you can lose weight by following this and still not dieting. Dieting is only one way to go about at it. When you diet you limit the amount of calories you eat on a daily basis. This is usually around 500 calories a day. When you add that up every week, you end up subtracting 3500 calories in a week.

My friend is really uncomfortable with her body. Shes fine but she says that she needs to lose belly fat. She keeps on asking me “How do I lose belly fat” and I say “I don’t know. By surgery” Then she says ” Without surgery”. So finally I can tell her something if someone answers this question.

Many overweight people look forward to being able to learn how to lose weight without the need for potentially damaging pills of any sort. Usually they search for these questions but have no luck at all in finding the answers. I, on the other hand, would like to present you with a hint or two on how to lose weight easily and in a safe manner.
Notice that I never said it was going to be quick for any project involving weight takes time. This is particularly true in the event that you want it to remain off your body and not return within a month or two.

I have muscular legs, but when they’re relaxed (not flexed) the muscle looks like fat.

My weight is actually fairly average for my height and age but physically there is still a lot of noticeable excess fat on my chest/stomach/abdomen/thighs. I have a naturally short and skinny frame and I know from experience that building up a lot of muscle (“bulking up”) only has the appearance of making me look fatter and stockier than I actually am because of my body type. So I’m wondering what some workouts would be that would be good for specifically burning off the excess fat I have without adding too much bulk/muscle on at the same time. I’m going for a lean, skinny and toned look, not a bulked up and muscly look. Any ideas? Thanks!
