Question by : Is too little “fat” in a diet a good thing if I’m trying to lose weight?
I’m trying to lose weight (at 215 lbs, need to get to 160 or so). I’m tallying up everything I plan on eating today, and I’m a hair away from my “carbs” limit, but my “fat” total is about 1/4 of what the RDA is. Is this a good thing for what I’m trying to accomplish?

ok so i heard that a super good way to lose weight is to burn more calories then u intake so i run about everyday about once a day for 30 minutes and running at a speed of 5.5 miles and then increase to 6 miles.
