to take prior to working out. I work about 12hrs a day and only have time to work out in the evening. I study in the mornings b/c that’s when my mind is the clearest. So I only have time to workout in the evenings. naturally I’m pretty tired by the time i get to the gym.
I tried No-Doz, 1/2 a pill is not enough, and a whole pill is too strong and I cant sleep at night. So I was hoping for some suggestions. Clearly anything stronger than No-doz is too much.

Losing weight doesn’t need to be a struggle!
It has become a struggle for most people because for years we’ve been fed the wrong food and the wrong information.
Obesity is now an epidemic in North America and judging from the responses I get from my articles and books it’s a problem in other regions of the world as well!
It’s not your fault… we’re all just struggling humans doing our best to get through life. But the food manufacturing companies and fast food restaurants are selling us a bill of goods with their advertising, just like the tobacco companies they are pretty much only concerned with the bottom line and give lip service only, to the health issues of their products.

I was going to take a weight loss pill but someone told me that they weren’t safe and to take a green tea pill. But is there really a difference, also can teens take either one?

green tea is a good natural antioxidant and can aid you in your weight loss by improving your metabolism,but it won’t make any miracle.its relatively safe too.

I was fat and lazy, but now I’m committed towards losing weight… this book not only has tremendous advice but it’s also a huge inspiration to everyone who reads it… I’ve only bought it a week ago and I can already see the results starting…
Now my question is has anyone bought a product or found an inspiration to motivate them to do the same? Perhaps this product, perhaps another one, or perhaps a new friend that was als committed to the same goal.
