well im 16 and ive been working out for 5 months and lost 70lbs so far im down to 249 lbs my peak weight was 319 i mean i still have a stomach i want to lose some of it like muscle wise i dont know wat to really do i want to make it tighter than it drooping down lol im about 60% muscle, 40% fat ive lose alot of fat but want to get tuned more i run for 20-25 minutes and burn 300 calories, i walk 2 miles and i do “some weights” not alot tho so tell me what the best would be, ty

SO i understand the most fat is burned during your cardio in the morning before breakfast… due to the fact that you have “fasted” all night… BUt what if u drink some black coffee with splenda ?? No carbs, no sugar…so doe sit make a difference? I know its crazy to think of drinking soda before the gym, but what about diet soda in the AM before u go– to give u some caffeiene, does that mean uhave sabotaged the idea of working oout in the morning?? any help is appreciated!

They say that you will burn more fat this way. What these idiots fail to mention is that YOU WILL ALSO BURN MORE MUSCLE this way!! “Weight loss” is not my goal– my goal is FAT LOSS. Do you know that I don’t even have to do cardio at all if I just wanted to lose “weight”. I could eat Big Macs and pastries and still lose weight. All I would have to do is eat less of anything I want, and I would still lose “weight” Why hasn’t anyone challenged this ridiculous myth that it is best to do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach?
