Like at what point does this happen, why? and just anything to help it make sense

Well this is the reason why starving your self is bad. See when the body doesn’t get enough nutrition and minerals, it starts to use up things that have been stored on your body; fat and muscle. Muscle acts more as a meat setiment and is better for your body to use up. At the same time it is using muscle to keep yourself supported, it is also taking fat.

Hi. I would like to go from 109.5 lbs to 99.5 lbs (not underweight for my height). I am not looking for the usual “tips” like “listen to hunger cues”, but I am really hoping someone has an actual calorie (or carb or whatever) amount per day and complete exersise plan that I should use to lose 10 lbs. And I don’t know how long, but can you tell me how long it will take approximatly? Thank you.

So I guess I’ll start with that I’m a girl, 16, about 5’5″, and 123 pounds.
I’m not very concerned about “losing weight” but I have this lower stomach fat, a pouch if you will.
and I want to get rid if it, without forming noticeable abs.
so i have been trying to do cardio such as running and dancing. but i have asthma so I usually end up doing a brisk walk.

Okay, so im 13, and i’m about 5″3 and a half, and about 117 pounds. I play soccer, and cheer for my school, so i do a lot of excersise, but i want to know what else i can do to burn belly fat. Im also always hungry, because of all the stuff im doing. I know im NOT fat, but i just want to get leaner. What’s a good “diet” to use, and what excersises actually WORK? thanks.
