to take prior to working out. I work about 12hrs a day and only have time to work out in the evening. I study in the mornings b/c that’s when my mind is the clearest. So I only have time to workout in the evenings. naturally I’m pretty tired by the time i get to the gym.
I tried No-Doz, 1/2 a pill is not enough, and a whole pill is too strong and I cant sleep at night. So I was hoping for some suggestions. Clearly anything stronger than No-doz is too much.

Hello there. I am almost 15. I am 5’3″. I am 150 lbs but I used to weigh 22 lbs more. I am big boned. I can easily feel my ribs and sometimes they show slightly. However, my legs and arms are larger. And I have a bit of fat in my belly. People usually think I’m lighter than I am but… I’m not. My BMI is 26.6 and I want it to be 25. I want to lose 30 lbs though. I feel like 120 would be a good weight for me right now (setting it as my goal) as I have large bones. When I lost about 20 lbs last time and I tried to lose more… my exercise routine and everything did not work anymore so I went off my diet. People really like to say “you’d be so pretty if you just lose a little more weight” to me and it’s like… !!!!! If you know what I mean. What should I do now? It’s difficult for me to burn my calories as I don’t sweat a lot at all. I have school and I am very dedicated so is there anything you can suggest to me? I have an exercise bike at home. Please give me some advice.

I’m not actually stocky, I’m quite tall but yes prone to an athletic build. I had a lot of problems with my core muscles so I overcompensated with my quads leading to the build up. They’re the only muscles with that problem
