In this article/site, it says this:
“To burn fat and lower body fat, the calories we eat cannot exceed the calories we expend, because if they do, they will be stored as fat. If this is the case, you will be adding, not losing, fat.”
But how can you gain muscle mass – or keep muscle mass – if you’re eating fewer calories? I want to burn some fat by running, but does that mean I must eat less? Since you have to eat fewer calories to lose fat, but eat higher calories to gain muscle…

You’ve seen the ads on the TV, internet, and well.. everywhere. Losing weight seems to be all over the place these days. The reason why it’s so popular is because of this crazy fast-paced world we live in.
