There is some conflicting ideas floating around. We know that in order to lose fat, we need to use up more calories than we eat. On the other hand, the calories intake cannot be too low, otherwise our body will lower the metabolism and it will backfire. So the best way to lose weight seems to be having a calorie deficit of no more than 500 calories a day…
