hi, my mum told me to be carefull of these slimming tables (all slimming tablets) she said they are “dodgy”…. is there anything wrong with slimming tables, should they be avoided?

I think they are dodgy too. They do not work without exercise…… so you can guess why you are actually losing weight. They are expensive and yet they all seem to contain coffee and l-carnitine. YOu can get thermogenic pills which make you sweat a lot during exercise… they seem to work but also contain cafeine and l-carnitine, and I don’t know… maybe chilli peppers or something..

about 15g fat “4g saturated fats” “0g Transition fats”
The body burns 3500 calories/day.
Is that a good way to get in shape? and lower body fat %?
If it is, how long would I have to do this to lose my sides or love handles?

As a young man you need a lot more calories than that. It would be better to eat a 2000-3000 calories diet with sufficient nutrients and work out more instead.

People always tell me that I’m not fat, just have a little extra. I’m not super big, I’m just not skinny I guess you would say. Average is what you would call it I guess. Well, us being in America, “average” isn’t much of a compliment seeing how obese is the new average.
I only want to drop down to 115-120 (which is healthy for my height and age). So 10 -15 pounds (of fat because I’m aware muscle weighs more than fat). I really only need to tone up. I just have always had a soft, chubby tummy. Very unappealing to me, but everything else (arms, legs, butt, back) have never been bad at all actually, just my stomach. Crunches DO NOT work for me, sadly. But I heard you can’t just target one specific area. I really don’t eat a whole lot that is bad for me. Does anyone have any suggestions on a workout directed towards the stomach or any “miracle food” to help burn away the excess lol.
Also, would taking too many vitamins cause you to gain or be unable to lose fat?
