Then I stumbled across what appears to be a weight loss / fat loss diet kind of thing at http://www.absixpack.com/4/detoxing.html which looks like it also involves detoxing, but claims to help you lose weight.
Can I lose weight and detox at the same time? Is that healthy? Is it bogus?
