I LOVE food, I could eat all day. But heres the problem I am FAT! The dr told me that If I am going to go to a restraunt to eat then make it a buffet. SO I asked why and he said ” the walk to and from the buffet bar will burn off calories” …. ohhhhh BUffet…… I wish I knew one open NOW!
