I recently stopped taking my birth control….. and I’ve gained 15 pounds!!!! I was around 115 and now I’m around 130 and I’m 5’7. All of it has gone to my midsection, hips, and thighs….ugh. I feel so bloated all the time and I have a serious muffin top!!! It happened so fast! I’m also taking a generic Rx for Paxil and I’m wondering if that is what is making me gain weight (i’ve been on it for about a year and only started gaining recently) Anyone have any good diet and exercise suggestions for getting rid of belly fat?

in the morning if you can wake up pretty early, thats when you have the most energy! drink a bottle of water plug in your ipod or whatever and listen to music as you run! — thats my first step.
Then you go home, eat a really healthy breakfast like fruit salad or something thats nutritonal.
