I want to lose weight but….what is the difference between “calories” and “calories from fat”.
I just eat a high protein chocolate bar and has 210 calories and 117 calories from fat. that took me 20 seconds to eat….and I am still hungry….I am trying to keep my food calories under 1000 a day but whatever u eat these days has a lot of calories. the reason of this is cause when I go to the gym I burn 1100 calories/day but I have not lost weight …now what?

Is that Healthy? I consume 1600 calories a day, I’m eating high protien foods like cheese, ham, lots of white meats, yogurt, cottage cheese with fruits. but hey everyone has thier own plan….I lose about 2 pounds a week on what I eat.
