I want to lose weight but….what is the difference between “calories” and “calories from fat”.

I just eat a high protein chocolate bar and has 210 calories and 117 calories from fat. that took me 20 seconds to eat….and I am still hungry….I am trying to keep my food calories under 1000 a day but whatever u eat these days has a lot of calories. the reason of this is cause when I go to the gym I burn 1100 calories/day but I have not lost weight …now what?

Is that Healthy? I consume 1600 calories a day, I’m eating high protien foods like cheese, ham, lots of white meats, yogurt, cottage cheese with fruits. but hey everyone has thier own plan….I lose about 2 pounds a week on what I eat.

    first of all no way das 2 much ft cals. jus for dat bar and try 2 keep it 1500 not 1000 cuz ur not eating enuf so ur body is not burning enuf calories jus be patient usually it takes 2 to 4 weeks 2 c results i also jus joined the gym and i dont see dat many results lol but ima hang in der n eat better eat alot of green stuff n forget the bar have an apple datll fill u up more n longer time 2 eat it so my advice 2 u if u cant read something on the ingredients of w.e ur trying 2 eat DEN DON EAT IT! lol

    a lot of those protein bars and weight loss shakes aren’t really good for you. Try eating more organic foods because more of those give you the nutrients you need and not as much fat
    Try and do sports or activites you will find that you won’t be as hungry because it distracts you for long periods of time
