Question by Animal L: I want to lose inches from my waist,stomach and thighs.”FAST” please help.?
I am 15 and i have about 2-3 inches of fat on my sides and my stomach is fat and my legs are a little fat and i want to lose it as fast as i can so how can i?
in a fast process or is there any weird methods like making yourself throw up ect i will do what ever it takes. Thank You
oh wow really my mom has some yoga/cardio video’s.
what do you eat in a day and how long do you do yoga each day and how many times a week?

yoga yoga is great for you and it really helps u lose weight ive lost at least 2 punds in a week

    When I was getting married I did a body wrap, you lose about 10 – 18 inches total around your body – it lasts about two days but it works really well if you need to get into a dress or need some wiggle room in your clothes. There is no fast solution to losing inches permanantly except time, dedication, and excercise! The only way it comes off is to do it the honest way – if there was another way – we’ll someone would be rich off of it by now. Eat healthy but don’t restrict otherwise you will gain more weight because your messing with your metabolism. See if your mom and dad will get you a personal trainer to help you out, at least 1-2 sessions so that you know what to do on your own. Every night do 250 sit ups. 100 with your legs down – 100 with your legs half bent and 50 with your legs all the way up! In a week you’ll see a difference ! Good luck! But do it the honest way – otherwise it just comes back!

    you have to strip the fat off. This is done by creating a negative energy balance (burn more calories than you consume).
