Question by Amy S: Help! I’m “skinny-fat”!!!?
My body is mostly made up of fat, but I’m underweight making me look a lot heavier than I am (I’m 92 pounds). How should I gain muscle all over to burn fat more quickly? Should I burn fat then build muscle, or build muscle then burn fat? Or should I Just eat a lot?? Help I’m so confused!!!

the best idea is to tone your body. try lifting weights, or maybe pilates. it makes you stronger and it makes you look leaner too.

    you should stop eating too much burn some fat & then built muscles! control yourself by eating healthy foog & avoid going to fast foods. that’s all ♥kisses♥

    Lol I struggled with the same stuff. Build some muscle because not only will it burn the fat, but it will also make you look toned. Eat lots of protein to support the growth of muscle.

    First of all, calm down!!! If you are underweight then your not fat. So what, you have a little flab you wana get rid of, no big deal. My best advice, hit the gym. To lose the fat try running. No more than 3 miles a day or 5 miles 3-4 times a week. Then to replace the fat with muscle there are plenty of machines to use depending on what places you want to gain muscle in. So eat fruits before you go to the gym because then you won’t burn muscle when you excersise, and run first, after you run lift weights and what not, and then when you get home try to eat vegtables because that’ll make it easier for you to lose fat weight. And remember its not about looking fat or skinny, its about being healthy. Even if you don’t get the EXACT results you want, by excersising daily you’ll feel soooo much healthier.Overall just try to be healthy and love your body! Good luck!
