I have always been a “thin” guy…5 ft.8 or 1.73m and was always in the thin category. Once I turned 40, I started to go through a lot of stress and the stress has not subsided. I did not turn to food..but it appears that either everything I eat stays in my tummy or my tummy is swollen like a 6 month pregnant woman most of the time. I can’t seem to lose it. I don’t smoke. I don’t take elevators. I walk A LOT. I walk up and down the stairs 30 times a day in my office building and nothing seems to help .
