Both of my parents aren’t fat at all. So I really don’t have a problem ever being a fat person. The most I’ll get is a tummy pooch, and that’s it. Anyway, are you the same way. Are both of your parents “Not Fat”? Is majority of your family not fat? This believe it or not determines how easy you have to work to burn fat, weight loss, and getting into the body shape that you’ve always wanted. Did you know this? when you eat less calories than your body metabolises it then seeks the “energy” from your body’s reserves… it uses your glycogen stores then your fat reserves….

I have stubborn stomach fat, Im not fat but when I wear a tight top the lower part sticks out and makes me look like a cookie lover. If I swim 30 mins 3 times a week will that burn it off “quick”? I’m trying to flatten 2/3 inch, how long you recon it would take?

RuNniong would be quicker, 3 times a day, 3 miles will be about 3/4 weeks providing u don’t eat too much

Do fat calories differ from normal calories when “burning fat?”?

Question by M. Forrest: Do fat calories differ from normal calories when “burning fat?”?
I’m currently doing a vigorous workout routine (p90x) in order to have a more appealing figure and to lose a bit of weight (I’m 147 pounds and I have somewhat noticeable fat, 17 yrs old.. I have almost no muscle but I’m getting it). So I’m looking more into what I eat and I’m noticing the “fat from cal” section on labels.. and I just ate something that was 47% fat calories..

Does this matter when you’re burning calories? I’m not going to do it again, but I’m kind of confused as to how these “fat calories” work.
