I’m 21 years old, and when I was pregnant with my son I gained a little over 90 lbs. This was 2 years ago, and I’m still really struggling to lose the weight. My weight will fluctuate up or down about 10 lbs. at a time, but it always settles back in the same range of where I’m at.
Everyone I’ve asked always just says “eat healthier, join a gym, and buy weight loss supplements”…but this advice does me no good. My situation is more complicated than that.
